Very nice hotel, very well designed room, quite new, one of the best rooms I have stayed in. But the hotel remains a bit of a contradiction. While they try to save electricity by dimming some main corridors used by the guests, trying to separate wastes, turning off some equipment in the gyms when not in use, they are still using plastic bottles. The bed was comfy and the views - amazing. The views of the sea and the balcony were priceless. Service was - I would say not up to Hyatt standards. They took a while to come back and only act upon after complaints are received. Having said that - they do act quick after complaints. The restaurant breakfast buffet was amazing, the spread very good and the food quality was really spectacular. The staff in the resto was really friendly, prompt and attentive - and they should be teaching the hotel staff how to do excellent service. I would come back to this hotel again, I hope they upgrade their service. They do have a fabulously designed hotel.

A beautiful tastefully furnished, newly constructed, modern decor 5 star Hotel. Located near the sea side have sea view from nearly all the rooms. Easy access by Taxi and public transport. On land tram passes near by. The most modern İstinyePark İzmir shopping Mall having all kind brand shops and other shops is adjacent and connected to the hotel from inside. Hotel itself has well furnished spacious rooms, comfy beds and good sitting arrangements. Bathroom is quite modern and perfectly clean. Every room has a spacious sea view balcony having sitting arrangement to enjoy the place. Very good breakfast having a variety of fruits, salads and dishes is served in the morning.

Beautiful hardware - top-notch furnishing and tastefully decorated - but service standards and electronics had gaps. World of Hyatt membership tiers don’t seem to matter here; room TV was not working and had to ask twice before someone came to fix the problem; asked re. prices of car transfers to Ephesus to radio silence - no replies; and, finally, treadmills in the hotel shut down mid-way during a workout and would not turn back on. Of all my Hyatt stays, this is the one with probably with the most gaps.

My stay at was an absolute delight. The personalized service was a standout, ensuring that every need was met with a touch of luxury. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the high-end furniture added an elegant touch to the experience. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The staff's friendliness was truly remarkable. Moreover, extraordinary mall is attached to the hotel, featuring a wide array of both local and international high-end brands, along with an excellent selection of restaurants, made my stay even more enjoyable. It's the perfect destination for a luxurious and convenient experience.

Very nice hotel with a great view. Let down by attention to hospitality details (extra pillows, water, etc).. At the price, I expected the extra attention to detail, 2 in a room should be 3 bottles of water (at least, 1 each guest to drink the other for coffee/tea). Requesting takes time (30 mins) to deliver because the team is busy. All staff are polite and very nice.
