To participate in the annual evaluation meeting with my colleagues, I spent 2 nights and 3 days at this hotel. Let me start with the food which was delicious. It has many types of dishes, drinks and snacks. You can choose whatever type of food you want, from Indonesian to western cuisine. Room? Adequate. The hot water works quite well. Plus the room amneti is quite special and accommodating. You won't worry about running out of mineral water because it's available in abundance and it's free. The price is not too expensive compared to the same type of hotel in the same area. However, if there is one particular minus aspect. For me, it is a very small pool.

I love the Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni. The food, room, lobby, everything was 10/10. I came here with my girlfriend for a little 4 day holiday, New Year’s Eve, and the production of the New Year’s Eve event really showcased the standard of this hotel. We even won a trip to Bali, with a 2 night stay at another 5 star hotel. This was the best experience ever!

This was my go-to hotel in JKT, however I might have to think twice about staying here again in the near future. Traffic in front of the hotel has become unbearable for me due to the construction of the MTR line. Getting in and out is taking way too long even for Indonesia traffic standards. Biz is obviously still very good as I have to be waitlisted to get into breakfast area this morning 😐 room still neat and clean as always for biz travellers. Chinese New year celebration is a nice touch.

Nice hotel, comfort room, spacious meeting room. Everything just fine but the egg station. The chef even refuse to serve me soft-boiled egg and suggest me to pick the hard-boiled ones which are ready 😅 It feels like "eat whatever we served to you, don't make me busier with any additional request." Hope the manager do something with the service and hospitality of the staff.
