The location is convenient, walking distance to West Lake. On the way there, you can visit many shopping malls. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. They helped to hail taxis for us & also provided useful information. The rooms are clean.

Nice place to stay. Good location, only about 20 minutes by taxi to the train station and 10 minute walk to West lake with lots of shops along the way. The hotel was slightly dated but still modern enough. The gym not particularly good but if you needed a work out you could do a little. It did have some cardio equipment. The WiFi was average. I had lots of drop outs. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment. They have a coffee shop in the lobby which does lousy coffee but pretty standard for china. No door man around the entrance so getting a taxi can mean walking down to the road. With luggage, that's not so great. The rooms I thought we fine. A little child I thought and the thermostat is just a dummy, any user change did not change the room temperature. The both room is a stumbling point. Very small and awkward. The door swings in front of the shower door the toilet right in the middle. For 1 person it's fine. The bedroom is fine in size, they should have made this smaller and the bathroom bigger. Big shower however. All and all I'd definitely stay here again but if I went back id probably prefer to try somewhere different to see if others are better.

The hotel is beautiful and strategically located. The services are too notch and and stands out. Room services, complementary breakfast and warm welcome at the reception of exceptional. There are eateries and malls around the area. It’s got over 15 floors and there wonderful views form these heights. Very amazing

A bit dated hotel with cleanliness to improve. Sweet, salty breakfast acceptable. Somewhat dirty and not very large rooms, there is a desk, 2 chairs and a mini bar. Unfortunately there is space to place only one suitcase. Quite spacious bed TV with channels almost exclusively in Chinese as in almost all hotels in China Hotel WIFI almost unusable without a VPN but this is common to all hotels in China Insufficient room lighting Bathroom with bathtub, small and not very clean View from the ugly room Rooms rating 5.5 Bathroom rating 5 Cleanliness rating 4.5 Position 6 Overall rating 5

Stayed here six weeks ago and got a small but decent room. Location of the hotel is good too. In walking distance to the Westlake and a subway station. However, I booked a room in the same category for the same amount of money on the same website again. This time I got a very old and smelly room, very worn out and extremely old bathroom. Reception wouldn't give an explanation or offer another room. I speak Chinese fluently and travel a lot in China, particularly in Zhejiang and Jiangsu. This will definitely be my last stay here. There are much better options for the same amount of money.
