This hotel was definitely worth the price. Perhaps not quite worth the 5 stars, but our stay was very enjoyable, and i would definitely visit again. The pool and spa facilities were amazing. There were 2 big pools, one with water slides, and 3 mini pools for kids, one even with a swim playground! so much fun for the kids, we stayed in the pool until closing and it was not crowded or busy. The breakfast was a buffet with lots of options, staff were friendly and did whatever they could to help at all times, despite limited english sometimes. The rooms were clean and good enough, working ac and mini fridge, however, it is clear that there are too many rooms and too little staff so maintenance and service can be a little slow and lacking at times. When checking out, we had to check out at 12 but only had a car hire for 3pm. The staff allowed us to wait in the reception and use the pool while we waited, while looking after our luggage also. The receptionist, Salma, was super helpful ! she charged our phones behind the desk while we waited for our car and we are super grateful. Overall a 4/5. The bad reviews are way too critical considering the price, service and facilities offered here !!

Magnificent hotel. The best word to describe it is spacious. Everything is large at this hotel, rooms, common areas, swimming pool... It is ideal for kids since the swimming pool contains a water playground, and a small aquapark with 6 tubes/toboggans. The restaurant is also very good offering breakfast, lunch and dinners with a wide sorting of local dishes. The staff is very diligent and polite. My only observation is that, as in the rest of Morocco, explanations and answering are a bit vague. Price wise is in line with a 5 stars hotel, so quite above average moroccan prices.

If you want to save yourself a bad vacation, please read through. My family and I will never book into this hotel again. They don't care about customers and management thinks the hotel generates the money. Wrong!!! Guests bring in money and not the hotel. The hotel urgently needs renovation. The rooms are not cleaned properly and sometimes fresh towels are just not given and you have to run after the things. When there are constructive suggestions for improvement or requests, it goes in the left ear and out the right with the people in charge. We gave our clothes to be washed and a bill came that was more expensive than the clothes themselves. It would have been cheaper to buy new clothes. When explaining the cost, we were initially communicated something completely different. When we complained, management did not show up, instead they sent an accountant to stall us and when he realized we did not agree with the procedure, the accountant said he would be right back to clear it up with management and he never came back. An outrage. We will definitely be coming back to Marrakech and will be so Free (saying from accountant) and book somewhere else than put up with such treatment. FOR INFO TO THE HOTEL, customers are always free but if you have no guests you no longer have the freedom to run this hotel in perpetuity. Dear readers book somewhere else and always read through the reviews. It's not an isolated case. 0 Star
