Had promissed transfer from airport Did not show up. Two days later they they would not let us into our room unless we paid for the transfer, we did not had. Thiefs. Flemming Damlund

Amazing experience at this hotel. Perfect location close to all the tourist attraction, 20 minute walk from grand Bazaar. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast provided was of a large range and very tasty. All restaurants and shops were situation right outside and open till late. Very family and kids oreitated area. Rooms were cleaned daily with toiletries provided. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The area felt very safe and was able to walk around at any time of the day or night. Access to taxis to travel further out also, we were dropped off and picked up right outside the hotel doors. Hotel staff were respectful and made me feel safe and this was the most important thing for me as I felt reassured with my family going out themselves. The price of everything was reasonable and affordable and no-one was trying to rip us off. The staff at the hotel really made our experience special. We stopped for 10 days and they were always there to meet our needs.

the worst hotel i've ever been to. i had to go there because my original hotel was cancelled on me, i personally don't like the location but was thankful that i could at least find a hotel. when we checked in, we were shocked, they didn't have any blankets, there were only thin layers, i went in November and now i'm still sick writing this, the room had a very big cockroach that i had to get rid off, the room was very dark and dirty, the fridge didn't even have water in them. the room smelt so wet, there was no mirror in the room, only inside the bathroom. the bathroom shockingly was clean but there were no new shampoo or conditioners, the ones that were given to us were very very bad. then the breakfast, oh God, a disaster, it was on the -2 floor which was a room with no light or window, the food was the same everyday, they would run out of stuff at 9, very little option. the staff were cooperative tho.
