It's a really friendly place. As soon as I go inside, I see friendly staff and clean accommodations. I have a lot of memories here. I asked the female staff several times every night for what I needed, but she helped me do things that I couldn't do, and I microwaved the rice I brought from Korea. I am very grateful to the female staff member who helped me with this. The vegetarian worker who lent me the microwave oven is only now writing a review. A lot has happened so I am only now writing a review. I am finally keeping my promise to the vegetarian staff member. There are friends who helped me there. Thank you for your kind help during my stay. I will either make more money or save up a lot and go again! I will always pray for you to be healthy and have only good things happen to you!

I’ve stayed here twice already for my work trips in Singapore each for 5 nights/6days. The major plus for me is the location and comfortable rooms. It’s near 2 malls, metro, and most tourist spots in SG. Great value for money. Breakfast is good with nice variety. Staff is helpful as always. Definitely my hotel choice when in SG.

The room is very humid due to AC being off when no one is in the room. They got me a dehumidifier but that turns off too when I’m not in the room. Basically no power and air flow when you are not inside. The service was good and the location is very convenient. It is close to both MRT station and bus station. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance to the hotel.

The overall concept of the property is unclear. The division between concierge on lower ground floor and reception on 3rd was very confusing. Rooms are small and very basic, breakfast was awful, limited options, breakfast staff were rude and super slow (perhaps understaffed), receptionists were rather detached almost unhappy to be there but most of all, huge issue in this property is the noise!!! From the room you can hear everything from corridors and between rooms too. We had a baby screaming for hours and we barely slept unfortunately. Most certainly not a 5a*, barely a 3*star plus. Gym was extremely basic but pool on terrace was ok. Would not stay here again. Overpriced and for same money you can stay on many other property nearby which are 100 times better in service and offering.
