I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Plaza Hotel located in Uttara -9, near Housebuilding. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of hospitality that greeted me. I had the opportunity to explore their Single Bed Room, Double Bedroom, and 2 Triple Bedrooms, and I must say, the attention to detail in the decoration of each room was truly remarkable. The aesthetics were captivating, creating an ambiance that blended comfort with elegance. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the staff's commitment to providing an exceptional experience. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were evident in every interaction. The convenience of having a restaurant facility on the ground floor of the building was a definite highlight. Had the worst experience in this hotel, Everything was so dirty, made me and my family sick. There were cockroaches everywhere, we seen rats running around in the dining room and the reception, There was no lights in the hallway, lift was not working had to get them to fix it as we have an elderly in the family
