I am Sreedhar and I am from India. I stayed in Grand Royal hotel during April 2019 for a week. They had kept a hold on my credit card for RMB 3200 while check in. They had to actually draw the fund from the credit card at the time of check in. But they kept a hold on the account all the while I stayed there. At the time of check out they did not draw the available fund but completely returned to the card account. Then they wanted me to pay the amount in full. When I tried to use the same card it did not go through because the refund of the amount will take at least 4 weeks to process. Without proper procedure they troubled me at the time of check out. Now after two months they had debited my account for an amount of RMB 820 without my consent. Cant deal with international customers or international transaction. A big no to this hotel. Sreedhar

I stayed here back in August 2018 my experience was not very good but it was ok in that price...staff cannot speak or understand English you have to translate your instructions in Chinese with help of some app...
