I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was clean, it had good room service and very friendly staff. Most of them knew english to some degree, so you don't have to worry about not being able to communicate. They are keen to help if there are any problems. This was only once the case with the Wifi and it was managed instantly by the staff. After that the wifi was mostly good. I didn't encounter any other probelms. Therfore I thank the staff for being friendly, helpful and up to the task. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall the hotel is very much recommendable, especially because they offer good prices for their rooms. Edit: Döndü hanim helped out a lot with extra wishes regarding room service!

Convenient location. Nice rooms however it stops there. The bathroom permanently stunk of the toilet and at times smelt like a gas leak. The airconditioning did not work, and blew warm air. It was better to have the windows open. The wifi cut in and out (it spent more time off than on) and eventually we gave up using it. There was only one set of towels in the room and we had to ask for a second (two person booking). We were told that's because we had a standard room. I replied 'yes, for TWO people ' Cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was mediocre and staff were totally disinterested.

I had a great time during my two weeks stay. the rooms are comfortable. service is nice. The employees are experienced. The Kızılay square is very close to here.

Enjoyed our stay in this small cute room with all the facilities of 5 star hotel . There's a balcony with our room which added fresh air and better view. Service is very good , i asked for extra water bottles and coffee/ tea which they gave with smile at midnight. Buffet breakfast was also full of variety and taste . Location is 7 minutes walk from Ankara metro which is connected with bus station . Malls and so much eatery places in walking distance .. ko cepe mosque is just 3 minutes walk ... It's a memorable stay
