Great value for money. Our reservation came with breakfast included. There's a rooftop pool with a small gym and sauna all at no extra cost. Rooms are clean and tidy. Service from the front desk is excellent. Close to food and shops. It's cheap enough to get a grab taxi to go anywhere you want

The rooftop pool had a fun view of the city. The beds were also comfortable for Vietnam. That’s where the positives stop. The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke and it was musty. When we asked to change, they downgraded us to a smaller room. The other option was to wait for a room to be cleaned. The place was not full so I can’t see how they had no other rooms available. The location is not ideal. There’s a lot of construction around and the hotel advised in its guide book to “double lock the door” and “check through the viewer before opening the door.” We didn’t feel as unsafe as the book suggested, but there was no second lock. They also said we could have an early breakfast but when we went to the restaurant to take them up on the offer, the staff refused us.

EXCELLENT HOTEL Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again to her for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

The Hotel room was actually kind of nice accept the weird solution with the shower but nothing horrible. The staff was also really nice and helpful but...The hotel location is horrible. There is a lot of noise from the street and also the hotel corridors and other rooms as the doors are not sealed properly. The pool looked nice on the pictures but horribly in person. It was as green as fish pond and nasty from all the grease accumulated over the years. The fitness place was lacking alot as well. Dont expect anything from it and definitely no pool bar drinking. The breakfast was unfortunately compared to other hotels for the same price lacking alot. Poor food choices and bad taste. I'm sad for choosing this place.
