I've been to a few 5 star hotels / resorts now in Vietnam and I believe that this hotel was the best in terms of service and room quality. The room layout is perfect for couples but also considers families - the open layout without the usual bathroom wall (replaced with a sliding curtain) makes the room feel super spacious. The rooftop pool was a highlight and honestly the staff were so friendly and helpful. The complimentary morning buffet served food which surprisingly tasted better than most food I tried in restaurants in the old quarters... The hotel is about 5-10 minutes from old quarters - costs about 35-40k VND (pretty cheap) for a trip but the hotel does offer scheduled free shuttle buses to old quarters.

Absolutely stunning room with super king bed, bath tub in room, plus shower etc. Staff cannot do enough for you. All very kind and friendly. Extensive buffet breakfast, best Vietnamese coffee we have ever had. Spa treatments so relaxing and beautiful. Staff amazing. Has steam room, sauna and jacuzzi ( which unfortunately is cold ). Has gym, 2 pools. Provide daily shuttle a few times a day to Hoi An market area and beach. Have complimentary umbrellas for use, complimentary push bikes for use.

This is an incredible hotel! From the moment you arrive, you are warmly greeted with staff that will help you carry your luggage, hold the doors open etc. Welcome tea was a nice touch. Check in process was smooth with no hiccups. The rooms are fairly new (less than a year old at time of writing), clean and elegantly furnished. Beds are on the softer side but this was good for us. Air con works brilliantly - in fact it got too cold at some points and we had to turn it off! As someone who loves a cold room, this was good. Hotel breakfast buffet was good with a decent selection. I would say it is a cut above the average hotel buffet. Made-to-order meals were good, we had the Pho which is a must try with a light, delicate broth. There is a bar which serves up good coffee. Service was outstanding, from counter staff to the doormen, security etc. Great job, especially by Lily who warmly guided us whenever we needed to throughout our stay. The hotel is located close by to good food - try the Com Ga chicken rice opposite the hotel. Best fried chicken we've ever had. Being away from the old town means you get relative quiet and peace too, especially at night. Location is outside of the old town, so if you plan to explore that place, expect some travelling time of around 10 mins by car.
