Stayed in 2bed room apartment. This place is really well-organized and I can feel how the owner takes care about the customers. Apartment is spacious and and has everything you need in it. Would have been better if it got the swimming pool, but itself is perfect place anyway.

It should be careful to make a contract here. When signing on the contract, they requested paying all amount at once and promise to return if I want to terminate early. I paid over 10,000$ at once for 6month rent as their request( I did a favor to them), even though the contract stated pay every month. I just believe in their saying.However, they changed the words and No refund the money. They cheated the Customer like this. All customers should be careful. No more Japanese management, only cambodian management from Chipmong. I can't understand this big group took customers' money like this.. Very be careful their way to deceive customers.

An absolute wonderful experience at this new hotel/apartment. My business partner and I were in Phnom Penh for a day to meet with various schools and consultancies in the area, and we stayed here for one evening. The place is clean, equipped the latest technology, and the staff is fluent in English and very helpful. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and colleagues if they are traveling to this city.
