Great location, and thankful the outside noise stays outside. The staff is super nice and the beds are very comfortable. The only complaints is with the bathroom, glass door without a lock for a shared room with two single beds and the most uncomfortable toilet ever. The pictures online show multiple different types of toilets, maybe next time I will have to specify.

Great staff but hotel needs some investment. Weird lift configuration and you have to pass a maze to go rooms. Bad quality mattress there was a duvet top of the mattress(weird) and lack of heating in the rooms it was really cold. Ac was trying to heat up rooms. I suggestto owners invest more to the hotel. Great location in the Victoria Street.

6 stars, this is the one with more. The advantage is a very good location and the attitude of the service staff (only attitude), the disadvantage is everything else. We stayed for 2 nights and the following situations occurred. 1. The ceiling was leaking. The service staff quickly understood the situation, but said that the air conditioning equipment could not be repaired in time and there were no vacancies to provide replacements, so he had to let it leak for 2 days. 2. The hot water came and went intermittently on the first night, and not at all on the second night. As a result, we had to wash with 4°C water at 8°C at night. 3. The double bed is made up of two single beds combined. I have no problem with this. What I have a problem with is that one bed is collapsed and the other is swollen. They feel very bad when put together. 4. The shape of the toilet is really difficult for people to use normally. It feels like it is killing me when I sit on it. Moreover, the wall-mounted type is in an old condition and makes people feel like it is about to fall down halfway through sitting. 5. The ground is very uneven and sloping, and you will feel like it will slip off at any time when you lie on the bed. 6. I don’t know if it was the used sheets or towels that filled the entire corridor. Although I can still walk normally, my senses are very bad. Even though the cleaning time has passed, it seems that I have not moved at all during our entire stay. 7. The table has not been cleaned well, and traces of use by the previous user can still be clearly seen. Obviously, even though the space is acceptable, the quality of the room equipment does not keep up with its price.

100/10. We had an amazing stay. The location was amazing we were able to come and go with ease. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Our room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Price was super reasonable. Actually pretty quit for being on the main drag, stayed on a Mon & Tues night. We spent both evenings at Biddy’s next door and it was so fun
