This hotel is a gem in the city. It is close to the train station, major tourist locations, and it is spotless clean and roomy. For the price you pay you cannot go wrong with it. Highly recommend! They even have free laundry room for every guest to do laundry. The only thing is in Greece you cannot throw toilet paper down into the toilet! Take this seriously, you do not want to clog your toilet on vacation.

Best hotel in Athens! 10/10 The host was very friendly and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable and had amazing customer service! Our room was one of the nicest we stayed at in Europe so far; VERY clean, modern, had AC that actually worked, a nice shower, comfortable bed, wifi, a patio, laundry service, nespresso coffee machine,etc... This hotel was a relaxing place to stay after walking the busy streets of Athens. Thank you Great Living Koukaki hotel for the wonderful stay! -David & Marina

This place is really unique. It offers most advantages of a hotel while adding the privileges of an “own place”. Service is great. Rooms are spacious. Modern and almost new furnishings. The apartments are very clean. The location is superb. It is in the heart of the most interesting area, with a great variety of cafes, restaurants and bars as well as little souvenir shops. Many attractions are in walking distance!
