The water park was fantastic, although the smell of chlorine stuck with us quite strongly even after showers. Lots of activities for our group of 10 to enjoy! The staff at the buffet were absolutely amazing, my nephew had an incident while we were eating and they took care of everything very professionally and with compassion! Biggest complaint is the beds, we were in one of the cabins with 8 adults and 2 kids. The only people who remotely got a decent night sleep is the couple who slept in the king bed. The pullout couch should not even be considered a bed the mattress is so thin that you can feel each metal bar and spring. Also took us asking to get our toilet paper replenished and our garbage changed. As a smoker, I understand that smoking areas are becoming few and far between at many places especially a family venue like this. But some form of shelter (gazebo or something) would be nice instead of just the picnic table in the corner of the parking lot. Thankfully I had an umbrella for the 2 days of rain that we had, but others did not. All in all it was a decent family trip, but definitely not worth the $3000 price tag.

The Waterpark was amazing, the kids absolutely loved it and we had fun too. The lifeguards are top notch and take away all the usual worries of kids near water. The food was pretty decent, especially for buffet. I thought the paw passes were absolutely worth it and the kids loved the quest. My issues were the room we had was very out of date, the mattress' were extremely poor. There is no door on the kids area - so parents have to go to bed at the same time. It was overall a terrible sleep, which sucks and takes away from the overall experience. There was also a fire alarm at midnight on our first night. Not the hotels fault of course however there was no staff directing where to go outside, or saying when it was safe to go back inside, just a text to my phone which was left inside. There was also extremely noisy people above us, all hours of the day and night. I did complain after "quiet time" when it continued on and was told security would take care of it but the noise continued, further ruining any sleep. My final complaint and thing to watch out for - don't forget to bring your own sandals! We forgot and bought some from the swim shop (way overpriced but willing to pay because I forgot - my bad) but 10 minutes after buying I went back and tried to exchange for the size up after seeing they were made small and wouldn't fit our kids feet, they would not allow us to exchange these brand new unworn sandals 10 minutes after purchase. So we were out 40$. Just started us off with a bad taste in our mouths. Still it was a fun time, but it is pricey.

This whole place is an experience! It's well maintained and clean. The decor is entertaining and engaging. My only issue is the cost of every single thing there. Way too expensive. I cannot imagine spending more than 1 night or going with multiple children. We were fortunate to have a voucher from Sleep Cheap, which is the only reason we went.

This place is so much fun to go to with kids or without. There are so many activities to do, and the waterpark is so much fun. I liked the water rapids slide! We booked a room with two levels for more privacy for the friends, and it was beautiful. Even the view from the room was so peaceful in the mornings. We went around Christmas time, so there were pretty lights everywhere and extra activities. It is a nice 1:15 drive from where I live, but it is worth it. This was our 12 time going to the great Wolf Lodge water park and we had the most fantastic time ever. Getting to the resort was a breeze. They had everything ready to go, the wristbands (key cards), the paw passes, the room, everything was prepared for us. The kids did the magic quest around the hotel, which they loved and built their bear or wolf. All the facilities, from the water park to the buffet, were all spotless and well looked after. The staff were all amicable and approachable, the staff in the water park were all paying attention very closely to everyone in the water rather than just sitting somewhere which was good to see. Our family will definitely be going back in the near future, I would definitely recommend this if you're thinking about it for a place to stay while in Niagara falls or just want a fun winter break at a water park.

We stayed in the week before Christmas so it was quite busy. Our family really enjoyed our stay, and it seemed like every other family was telling us how they come back every year. We booked a cabin and had plenty of room, it could have easily accommodated 2 families. Good experience in the water park, the wave pool was a big hit with the kids. I would make sure that you budget for the paw pass which includes bowling, arcade and some other activities.
