The hotel has seriously gone downhill in the past few years. Good points :- Good maid service Staff try very hard but at times are seriously understaffed. The snack bar provided reasonable priced food. Breakfast was typical turkish fare but there was an omelette/egg station, numerous cereals and fresh fruit. Bad points :- No daytime entertainment as advertised, the entertainment guys did absolutely nothing. The music was obviously done on computer as the same sons in the same bloody order were played EVERY single day. Advertised evening entertainment although advertised did not happen. The private swim up pools were cleaned, but not once in 3 weeks was the main pool cleaned. The floor of the pool was very gritty and slippery. Water was splashed around the sunbathing area but not cleaned. The walk way was hosed every morning and left very slippery. This was mentioned to the manager Mr Farti, but nothing was done. The staff felt let down by the management team and overworked and under staffed. The hotel is advertised as a 4* establishment, but a 2* rating would be more appropriate. Unfortunately we would neither return or recommend this hotel

Super good, family of 4 stayed for 10 nights. We had only booked one room but ended up with essentially two, they were interconnected but had separate bathrooms etc. The pool is really good in size and never felt too busy, it is also surrounded by plenty of sun beds some of which in shade, others in the sun. The location of the hotel is really good as it is hardly even a 5 minute walk from the centre. The reason for 4 stars is simply the breakfast, processed meats and oily omelettes. Nothing more than that.

AVOID THEY JUST WANT MONEY!!! I booked this trip for my parents birthday and when they arrived they had VERY poor customer service. My parents only arrived yesterday at around midnight and they hadn’t eaten all day so called for room service. They were told that the hotel does not accommodate for room service, they only do breakfast so my parents asked if the hotel can order food for them instead as they were so hungry and hadnt eaten anything. The hotel accepted. Once the food had arrived my father asked them if he can pay by card as he only just arrived and did not have time to transfer money to their currency. They refused card payment. My dad then explained to the VERY rude lady on the phone who was in reception if they can add the food bill to the room bill and they will pay it. Again, the rude lady refused. My father then asked if they can eat the food and pay the next day .. again the women refused and HUNG UP ON MY FATHER ?!!. Who does that? She was fully aware him and my mother have not eaten all day and all she cared about was receiving the money as soon as possible even thought she was going to receive the money ?! This is crazy. They only just arrived and this is how they treat their customers ? Disgusting!!! AVOID ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!!

Where do I start? The good… Great location! The centre of Hisonarou was CRAZY, the hotel was close but in a location that we could throw ourselves in, or stay in the quieter area. Breakfast was great, not so much when they switched to one omelette station (why?? You never needed to!) because of the wait. Our room with swim up pool meant there was no scramble for sun beds (even in September the reservation situation was nuts, so many beds reserved really early). The bad (brace yourself!!!)… Terrible, terrible TERRIBLE housekeeping!! We arrived to no toilet roll, the on arrival one tea bag, two coffee sachets, and two milk subs were never replaced in the 10 days stay. Toilet rolls were often missing, no replacement of any sundries… three shower gels but no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the trip. The towels were missing. The maid was frankly awful. The worst by far… we booked a swim up room, thought it would be quiet but because an adult family (who were lovely) were separated in the block, there was zero quiet as they wandered up and down the patios all night and day rather than using the corridor so we had no peace or privacy at any point. Finally…the advertised Wi-Fi…non existent!, even in reception it was super patchy. No room or mini bar in the room. In essence…… massively lower you expectations and you’ll probably be okay
