I moved here because my other hotel was overbooked, and feel fortunate to have changed villas. The room is cozy, and has the most comfortable bed that I’ve ever used in South East Asia. It was rainy and overcast, which means I didn’t use the beautiful blue swimming pool. I love the family that owns and runs the villa. They helped me find a cheap taxi, make breakfast for guests, and seem to be genuinely kind and caring. I would definitely stay here again! The two photos included are from my room and on the street out front when the owner, Hong, helped me buy some guavas. Thanks Hong!

It is a nice place to stay and good very good value to get a large room with balcony and pool etc Staff kind and helpful If I would complain about one thing it is the shower. There is a warning sticker in the room to say the shower takes time to heat as it is solar powered. This is true but for half of our stay it did not get hot at all and we had cold showers. Even when it worked it is such a fine spray that it is hard to wash with. The place is a 20mins walk to start of main town though there are some coffee and restaurants nearby. Bicycle can be hired from the hotel for 30k/day. Pool is so nice

I booked a room here while working nearby in Cam Nam and it was just what I needed. The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping kept it spotlessly clean. The swimming pool, laundry service, and available shared kitchen were really convenient. The reception staff was accommodating and very kind.

The most lovely member of staff Hien. So friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much Hien for everything. Very clean and lovely hotel. Very comfy beds! No complaints whatsoever. Great value. Great location- nice and peaceful and short walk to market and old town. Close to everything. Would definitely come back and stay here in future. Highly recommend for Hoi an.
