There is no panorama except of a view over a bunch of old houses. The check in was quite unorganized and there was no free water in the room even though the reception told us so (after asking I was told there are out of bottled water). The room was okay and modern but a bit loud (noises from outside and other rooms). The breakfast buffet was very small but tasty (compliment to the cooking lady, she was very nice). The location is ok but you’ll need definitely the subway or Uber to go to the city center. They did not accept credit cards for the payment so we had to get cash first (and they reminded us a few times that we have to pay). Checking out was the most disappointing experience with the hotel. Not only was it unorganized again but they also wanted to charge something for the water. I would suggest looking for another hotel.

Good experience. A little far from the City Center but a short walk (less than 8 min) to the metro station can fix that. The mall is just a short cab ride away as well, for all of your shopping and eating needs. There's no where nearby for food, if you want a proper meal. There is a supermarket quite close by for everything else. The rooms are clean though I did find a pair of socks that did not belong to us under the chair. All in all, if you're looking for a quiet place to stay while you're in Tbilisi at a nominal charge, look no further. But again I should warn you if you do wish to extend your stay for any reason, please check with the staff before hand and get the confirmation via email (phone is not enough) because that is where the friendliness hits a speed breaker. Else the staff are pretty friendly and helpful, with cabs and such.

Its a perfect place for budget vacation stay. Room size - adequate Cleanliness - perfect Location - good enough Staff service - best of the class Response time - you wont belive it. I stayed 3 hotels during my trip in Georgia. This place was the best of all.. would highly recommend this place for anyone.
