0 stars if I could. I lived in a Greystar property about 1.5 years. Apartment flooded twice and they charged me due to issues they never completely fixed or cleaned the first time (floor damage/carpet damage from flooding). You can't slap a coat of paint over something and call it luxury. These apartments are low level - don't let them fool you. This complex (Monaco Park) also is not safe. Many times the gate is just left open/unlocked. Damage to cars all over the parking lot. I've seen many people jump the fence in the back while I took my dog to the small pet run. Not safe. I emailed the office several times concerning a safety issue and my emails went unanswered and the issue became so severe it was what led me to move out of the complex. They do not care. The only time you can really get a response from anyone is when you actually go into the office and they are not friendly nor do they care about issues you bring to their attention. I also reached out to their corporate offices because of the bill I had when I moved for these things and all the do is send you to collections to hurt your credit. I sent several emails to Teresa in accounts receivable and she just stopped responding to my emails and sent me to a collection agency where I started to accrue interest even though I was disputing my bill. I've lived in several states, many apartments and my experience has never been as bad as its been at Monaco Park. There are a million other options in Vegas for a better price and better product. Please do your research. Stay away from Monaco Park as well as any other GreyStar property.

Greystar your Centerline Apartments are very lovely, but some of your employees especially management sarcastic attitude toward present and past tenants needs to be addressed! Greystar if you don't want "African Americans, Disable and/or Restricted Income People," to apply nor reside in any of your apartments across the world "State It!" For your manager to make me feel, that the amount of time she spent on the phone with me is pretty much delaying time of who she needs to talk to about my deposit refund! From that comment, she didn't give a care about me get my deposit refund back! Simply because, she was trying her hardest to make excuses about errors her staff made and didn't do! It's also funny, that my lease agreement didn't mentioned about "Professional Cleaning" needing to be done! However, when a tenant decides to move out there is a charge!

Beyond terrible management. I lived at 19 Dutch Street, NY which was managed by them until this month. I still haven’t received my security deposit back from them. On move out, I received an email from Greystar with the move out statement which clearly listed the refund amount. After I received this email, the building was taken over by another management company and I haven’t received any word on my security deposit. It’s been over 30 days. I’ve tried reaching out to Greystar over email, over the phone, through their contact form etc. Their staff does not seem to care at all about doing the right thing. Extremely unprofessional. Never ever rent in any building managed by them.

I moved in less than 3 weeks ago (Dartmouth Woods Apartments in Lakewood, CO), no working washer and dryer in my unit; all I have gotten are excuses and lip service, this is one of the amenities I made clear I required when opting to lease here, the management is terrible. I have been mad dogged by the maintenance manager here now after having a run in with him about the lack of concern that a new tenant is having issues. I will not tolerate this without speaking up! DO NOT RENT HERE! Management is terrible, Nick and Sabrina were the only ones that have been helpful at all, there was a temporary desk agent in the office when I went in to address this. Their answer was to give me a key on the other side of the complex to an empty unit to do my laundry after working 12 hour shifts and still no answer as to my washer and dryer being replaced, I was guaranteed a replacement yesterday 8/29/2023, nothing, nada, no apology. In addition to this my washing machine was not secured in (finally got that fixed), my oven stunk of burning plastic the first time I turned it on and set off the smoke detector, my front entry was covered in spider webs, which I had to dust off myself. I am normally a tenant that minds my own business and lays low pays my rent and says nothing but this is the most unprofessional management team I have encountered at a Greystar community! The breezeways in buildings are not kept up (trash that has been blowing around for 2 weeks and counting). The manager refused to show me a unit when I first came because her leg was broken, I was understanding and opted to schedule an appointment to be shown a unit when an able bodied leasing agent was in, then the leasing agent ultimately gave me a key to do a self guided tour, didn’t think much about it at the time as I was just excited to be able to tour the apartment after another price drop. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with any community. They offered to let me out of my lease with no termination fee (after all my stuff was unpacked and boxes thrown away) so it would cost me an arm and a leg to move again. The neighbors and community on the other hand are all friendly, and very nice, that is the only redeeming thing I have found about this place! I would like to speak with someone at Greystar Corporate, I am no longer satisfied with dealing with the lip service and lies of the on-site management! I have also included photos of the trash in the breezeway of my unit that has been here for the duration of my residency thus far, and this is just my breezeway doesn’t include the other trash built up throughout the rest of the complex. Update: I have contacted every investigative journalist within the Denver area, and directed them to the multiple photos of trash and reviews, 1 Star reviews with lip service replies, get ready to be famous Dartmouth Woods!

I recently had the misfortune of living at Laureat Apartments (a Greystar Property), and I must say my experience was far from satisfactory. While the apartments themselves were comfortable, the overall package left much to be desired. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The management seemed more concerned about trivial matters like noise in the clubhouse or items left there than actually addressing significant issues. They never bothered to inform residents about crucial matters such as the emergency closure of the concierge entrance for painting or extended elevator downtime, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Getting my security deposit back was an absolute nightmare. It took an agonizing three months, and the process involved a frustrating back-and-forth that seemed unnecessary and unprofessional. It's disheartening when a basic aspect of renting, like returning a security deposit, becomes such a prolonged and tedious ordeal. Overall, my time at Laureat Apartments was marred by poor management, inadequate communication, lax security measures, and inconveniences that could have easily been avoided. I would strongly caution anyone considering these apartments to think twice before making such a commitment.
