Paradise palms was great. Checking in at the gate was easy and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the rental we stayed at and had so much fun on the great walkway through the swampland to the resort. We would see turtles, ibis, ducks and even a very tiny alligator. The pool was so much fun and great for kids of all ages. our toddlers had a blast in the splash area and thought the waterfall was the coolest thing. The theater was great, and we really wanted to utilize it but didn't have time. We came for disney, which was a quick drive away, but I really wish we had added another pool day! We'd definitely return.

Very nice resort. The clubhouse has extended its hours of operation since the last time we were there which is fun for the kids. The security at the gate makes it feel real safe as they do an excellent job.

We rented a townhouse here. We had a reserved parking. The house was not really clean, but not terribly bad. It had all the necessities, including laundry and dishwasher. Liked to have a small private pool at our patio. Condominium had a really nice club house with a convenience store, cinema and gym. Also you can play tennis, basketball and beach volleyball. Great family pool and even hot spa jacuzzi. Also, there is a bar with drinks and food at the pool, but it's not included. You are not allowed to bring your food and drinks to the pool, so keep it in mind. There is a pond where you can do fishing and a little conservation area with a trail, a really nice one. All in all, we had a really nice impression.
