No international experience. Non smoking room smells of cigarettes a lot. No one speaks English at all. No WiFi access on the rooms without Chinese phone number, only in the reception hall.

this hotel doesn' t have anything international.most of the staff doesn t speak any english. Breakfast is not international at all,and mostly is horrible. and if you go later then 9 am everything will be messed up and finished. generally very bad service. bad wifi. bad area,good just for the fabric market but there is absolutly anything else in the area,not a place where you can have a lunch or dinner. there is only a cafetteria next to the hotel,serving ok coffe and sweets but horrible sandwitches and it close around 10 pm or earlier. to the city center is around 20 min with a taxi but is not easy to find a taxi. guy from the concerge at 1st floor was helpful and book it for me from his phone,becouse all the applications for taxi are in chinese. when i asked at the reception of the hotel they was acting like they don t understand me and didn t want to help. Rather then this,hotel is dated and it needs a big clean up,rooms are big and spacious,but the moquette became really disgusting and there is cigarette smell litterally everywhere.

Location only good if you are here on business for textiles. This is a quite industrial neighbourhood. Nothing nearby for after work hours or long days. Bus to Canton Fair. Room quite comfortable. Bed comfortable. Clean but dated. Wi-Fi is ok. You need VPN. Lots of smokers. No lobby bar open. Some staff did a good job. Some had a poor attitude. Most have very little English but try. Western Restaurant mediocre or less. A 3 star.
