Guest House GORILLA VILLA

Kan is the best! Very friendly, easy access guesthouse if You want to visit Universal Studios! I would stay here again and would reccomend this guesthouse to anyone who is travelling to Japan! The room is clean, and somewhat small for people with size, but it was perfect for me! Cool and efficient elevator for my luggage!

Worst rental experience I've ever had anywhere. A nice welcome to the strictness of the Japanese, not responding nor even talking to me because I showed up 30min past their 10pm check in time. The fact that I spent all of my day in damp clothes dealing with limited taxis, blocked routes, delayed flights (5hr delay for my flight) didn't seem to matter. It just so happens that I was making my way out of hongkong, where they were experiencing the worst rain in over 140 years, and just couldn't wait to shower and sleep. When I finally made it to this place's front door, quiet and remote from any other activity, I was not only denied access but denied even a word. Instead of asking my situation, they called the police to get me to leave their premise!! This was after I waited on the bench they had out front, waiting for someone to leave - no one left. They all hid inside until the police officers showed up after 2hrs and forced me to find another hotel room to rent and figure out my way there. Great first Japanese experience.
