We were really happy to stay at this house. It has good location, bus stop, shop, ATM are in the walking distance. The owner's​family are lovely and made us feel really welcome! From the balcony opens beautiful view! Place is very clean and peaceful.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Terrible customer service. I was told I'd be reported for 'guest misconduct' for saying I would write a bad review once they refused to get back to me for requesting a cancellation avoiding fees which is an option Booking gives. They didn't even reply to my texts and instead kept sending me automated ones as if I was still ready to check in. Well if you're happy to keep my money and not offer any compensation, I can guarantee you I am in my right to expose this awful experience and terrible customer service with Guest House Misita.
