The room was so so. It is quite clean, small, enough for an overnight. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. Service is okay, reception seems to be 24h. By the rule, you have to deposit 30e to take the key with you when you need to get out, otherwise you have to leave it at the reception. It is near Milan central railway station, not so far from Domo.

Stayed here for two nights. You have to buzz yourself in when you get here to open the main door. Once you are inside you have to go to the 3rd floor for their main office. Check-in was relatively straightforward. They give you the room key, and a remote for the AC. I'm not a fan of having to leave the key back with the staff whenever you leave the building. They didn't seem to really ask for any confirmation when claiming your key back to make sure it is you so it could be easy for someone to go in your room if they truly wanted to. The restrooms were fine for being shared so that is good. The rooms themselves are nothing fancy, and the pillows can be either a plus or minus depending on how you like your pillows. Hotel wise, it is convenient between both of the two train stations so it can be an easy walk from either of them. Overall an ok stay if you are mainly just here to explore the city. Other than that, if you want to really relax within the hotel, then maybe look elsewhere.

Great for a one night stay. Anything more than that, I would consider another place. The service was fine, the shared bathrooms were clean, which for me is THE most important thing. There was no soap for example. The rooms are okay...there is a certain smell that I noticed, in the whole building, not just the guest house part. Never saw the cat everyone is mentioning, but kinda wish I did. Anyway, a good "cheap" option for one, maybe two nights.

Guest house is so clean and all staff are friendly. Toielt and bath are clean. Bed is confortable. Location is near the train station (by the walk aroun 6 minute) .

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
