This hotel deserves to be recognized as a 5-star hotel. Amazing room, staff, and the breakfast is simply wonderful. There is absolutely nothing bad i can say about this place. The vibes are immaculate, and the location is perfect!

away from the madness of cave hotels in Goreme and Urgup, Gul Konaklari is a very special hotel with lovely rooms, amazing food and wine. Sinasos is a delightful town. It felt like a refuge on return from three exhausting days seeing the wonderful sites of Cappadocia region and beyond.

Gül Konaklari hotel has been the wonderful hotel I stayed in my life time. If you are gluten free and lactose free, you shouldn't have any doubt this place's cuisine. Staff and cook are very friendly and helpful. They made very delicious, good quality plant based, gluten free dishes. Also I need to mention this the freshly brewed filter coffee that I drink every morning was delicious! Thank you so much for everything😄🙏🏻

Gul Konaklari Hotel is really one of a kind! The rooms are gorgeous - spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I loved all the common areas - the beautiful courtyards, small terraces, rooftops with beautiful views, stunning fire place room. The staff and the management of the hotel are very kind and professional, providing all the necessary help when organizing daily trips in Cappadocia. The food is absolutely spectacular! My week-long stay in Gul Konaklari was absolutely perfect, I wouldn't change a single thing and I can't wait to be back!

Stayed at this hotel in August, and left it regretting that I did not stay for longer. The hotel is located conveniently on a quiet street of Mustafapasa, and it consists of two historical stone mansions of about 8-10 rooms apiece, both with their own inner courtyards that are bridged by an elegant arched hallway. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and well-decorated. Staff does a great job at being friendly and attentive without getting interruptive. Food is great as well, especially anything that came out of the traditional tandoor oven they have was delicious. Overall, all is very well-thought but nothing is overdone, which gives the hotel its peculiar charm and grace. My fav place was the larger courtyard past the main entrance which greets you with an evocative rose garden that gives the place its name, and with a nice rectangular pavilion surrounded by several tables. Perfect place with a canopy of mulberry and walnut trees where you can eat, chat, chill, read, and rest when you are not busy completing the routine tourist bucket list of Cappadocia with its balloon rides, cave visits, fairy chimney tours, pottery trainings, and souvenir hunts. Will revisit another time for sure, highly recommended!
