Really the best Apart Hotel in Batumi. Fully equipped nice rooms with very high standard and professional service. Perfect location with amazing view on the city and sea from big terraces. I have been already few times and I will always come back here.

Great place with a stunning view and location. We have stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much, the interior is amazing everything in high quality. My fav destination for summer.

The residence is luxurious and beautiful. It is close to all services and provides private parking. It is usually crowded late at night, and this is normal. The place is clean and has two very excellent balconies. I strongly recommend Fiqh. It is close to a supermarket, a gas station, restaurants, a money exchange shop, McDonald’s, Subway, and close to the boulevard and Ain Batumi is close to it. You need a car. .
