Good place for corporate event. Simple and well equipped with working projector and PA system.

We checked in for one night. The process went smoothly. Just in a few minutes we got our room on the third floor. There’s 5 floors in total. The hotel located beside a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient if you’re looking for a place to have dinner. There’s lift of course. We love the corridor. It is beautifully lit. Pro: 1. We love the room. It’s spacious. 2. We also love the water pressure. It’s absolutely amazing. 3. It’s also clean except the toilet bowl cleanliness can be improved. 4. The bed is quite comfy and we love the toilet layout and design. 5. Hotel provides the iron corner and water purifier. Cons: 1. The room is very poor soundproofed. We can hear the next room’s voice and person walking/talking in the corridor. 2. Pillow is too thin! We would appreciate if the hotel could provide 4 pillows instead of two. 3. Toilet cleanliness can be improved. Especially the toilet bowl. Basic toiletries were provided and air conditioning is working just fine. Thus, you will get the value you paid for. It’s an above average experience.

You can't sleep well with the noise next door. The wall is not soundproof. When your neighbour opens the door or talk u can really hear. That's the worst when u are already tired travelling. Is really annoying that u woke up at 6 am. The picture of the hotel in agoda doesn't match with the picture too. In picture is much spacious area of the room. Aircond position is terribly placed that we had to shift the bed position. Sorry for that. Will never come back to this hotel. They renovated and refurnish. Everything seems fine. But the noise ....

We paid for two nights at this hotel, but after the first night, we decided to burn the second night fee and check in to another hotel. The experience with this hotel was a disaster. We were caught in a 9 hr jam all the way from Penang and managed to reach the hotel at 12am midnight. Before that at around 10pm, we tried to call the receptionist to make sure there is someone to help us check-in when we arrive, but no one picked up the phone. Upon arrival, we pressed the door bell and waited for so long outside, no one is at the counter. And we called the hotel numerous times, still no one answered the call. As it was already very late, we called the Cheras Maluri branch, coz we thought that maybe we called the wrong number. Then not long later, a guy named Amir finally came out and opened the door for us. He looked angry, and was yelling into the phone with the Cheras Maluri staff in front of us. When he hung up the phone, he started scolding us “Do you know what branch is this? Hello! this is Loke Yew branch! You call Cheras Maluri branch for what?! If you check in Loke Yew, then you call Loke Yew will do! What the hell?!” Besides that, the room wasn’t pleasant either. The stay was a painfully unpleasantly memorable one. We were lucky we met Aini the next day, who was very polite and listened to our feedback, and apologised on behalf of the hotel. We hope the hotel will make a full refund to compensate for the terrible experience.
