Please take this warning and avoid booking at this hotel. This is a very disappointing hotel with an extremely unfriendly manager. The reality of the rooms doesn't match the pictures at all -- they're disgusting, unsanitary, and unsafe. As soon as I walked in I felt uncomfortable, but I gave the hotel a chance. After only a few hours I had to decide that a stay in this hotel was impossible. A strong odor and noise characterize the area as the hotel is located on an unsafe alley frequented by drug addicts and homeless people. Fortunately, thanks to a booking platform, I was able to claim my money back due to the numerous negative points. If it were possible, I would give less than one star. The disinterested manager is welcome to reach out to me if he cares about his customers!

Hotel location is very good, you can visit lots of places by walk from the hotel. Hotel is very good and rooms are clean. Only problem is that there is always sound coming from the window even if you close the window. Even in night you can hear noises from nearby rooms which is little annoying. Even the street is night is dark. Good thing is that the Staff is very good and public transport is easily accessible like bus and metro is about 300 meters of walk. Market is also very close to the hotel which is good.

Really good price/quality ratio in this place. Me and my wife staied there for some days and we received a very kind treatment from all the stuff, especially mr Renzo Pozzuoli at the reception who followed up on every request we made with courtesy and professionalim. The rooms are ok for a 2 star, our had a bathtub and the temperature was always nice. Recommended if you want to stay on a budget (compared to other prices i the same area), stay near Raval area and if you want to find competent staff. For me 5 stars, is a good for the money that you pay. Will come back for sure one day.
