Upon arrival, we immediately felt welcomed by the staff. Our Executive suite with one bedroom was spacious and fully equipped with a bar, microwave, and refrigerator. The room had a closet, two chests of drawers, a separate bedroom with a door, a bathroom, a living room, and a balcony. The balcony was quite large and provided a stunning view of the surrounding area, including a massive tree, a pond, and a golf course. The property offered much, such as an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The grounds were also well-maintained, and we were pleased to find Joe's restaurant conveniently located nearby. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a delicious meal. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we plan on returning during our next trip to town.

Fabulous staff!! Spacious room with fridge, microwave and sink. Decent breakfast. Bad news is our bead broke with me and my daughter sitting in it, no jumping or moving. Legs just gave out. Tub had a hole in the bottom. Screens wouldn’t slide easy for patio access. TV wasn’t consistent. And the last thing is the bathroom window screen fell out in front of the maid. Glad it didn’t hurt her. They did move us to a new room when bed broke and were nice about it. Again, staff was fantastic. I did suggest maintenance do an inspection of all their rooms. Glad we didn’t pay full price.

I really enjoyed Half Moon Bay Lodge and wished we could have stayed longer than just one night. We were able to get a room without any hassle, even without a reservation. The adobe southwestern look with Spanish tiles in the bathroom and terracotta flooring throughout was nice. The balconies were a pleasant surprise and the beds were cozy and the room was clean. The continental breakfast had toasted bagels, cereals, oatmeal, orange juice, and coffee, which was good enough for me. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus. Since we stayed mid-week in October, it wasn't busy and I had the pool to myself in the morning. It was a convenient one-hour car ride to SF Airport the next day. I would love to return.

For the price, I was expecting better service and at least a comfortable bed. The Free Continental Breakfast was mediocre at its best. Location is good. However, amenities and room furniture have barely a passing grade in my book. The front desk ladies are borderline rude. We cancel our second night here and decided to get back to the city than spend another night at this place.

A cozy boutique hotel with pool sauna and fitness rooms. Guest rooms located on two floors. Continental breakfast is included. Rooms are spacious and modernized with all amenities. Doors and walls are not very good at blocking out exterior sounds like the couple arguing in the corridor and in their room. Outside has a lovely patio with fire pit and game area, nicely secluded.
