Disappointing Stay Due to Noise Disturbance I recently stayed at Hampton and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the constant noise from the street. Despite my hopes for a peaceful and restful stay, I found it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The noise from the street was incredibly disruptive, making it difficult to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. I understand that hotels can't control external factors, but the level of noise was simply unacceptable. It felt like the windows were paper-thin, allowing every car horn, passerby conversation and mainly music from nearby clubs to penetrate the room. When I brought this issue to the attention of the hotel staff, I was disappointed by the solution offered: a pair of earplugs. I appreciate the gesture, it's disheartening to be told that earplugs are the only remedy for a noise problem that should have been addressed during the hotel's planning and construction phase. As a guest, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of peace and quiet within the confines of a hotel room. I would have appreciated a more proactive approach from the hotel, such as offering a room change or providing additional soundproofing measures to mitigate the noise disturbance. I understand that no hotel is perfect, and unforeseen issues can arise. However, it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure that guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. In this regard, Hampton fell short of my expectations. I’m sure there is a better located hotel in a center that people can use instead of Hampton. This is extremely disappointing and horrible experience.

Rooms are clean and spacious, housekeeping do an excellent job of cleaning them everyday. Staff are in the hotel welcoming and efficient. The location is excellent, it's right in the old town and about a 2 minute walk from the main street, with loads of restaurants and bars nearby. But the rooms are peaceful and quiet at night, it's an ideal location for the Christmas market.

The location was really nice. The hotel is just a few minute from the Christmas market and the bus stop and tram. The famous church is just in front just a few second you are there. I could just go back to room while traveling and take a rest a bit. The breakfast was nice too.

The location couldn't be more ideal, right in the heart of the Old Town. It's a fantastic base for exploring the city's historical charm and vibrant atmosphere. However, keep in mind that reaching the hotel by car during city events can be a bit bothersome. Once you're settled in, though, the great price-to-value ratio makes it an excellent choice. The comfortable accommodations and friendly service truly enhance the overall experience.
