We stayed here when in town to attend a concert at the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom. Hotel and rooms were very clean. No bed bugs. Great continental breakfasts each morning and the menu changed for both days we were there. Friendly and inviting staff. Cute neighborhood and we felt comfortable and safe walking to shops and dinner during our stay. Price was very reasonable. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Wrigley Field and Downtown Chicago. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

Overall everything was nice, the Bedroom was clean & i loved the restroom setup. And the Location I will say Is one of the best things about this hotel. Also I recommend you to park the car in the garage a few blocks away from the hotel, since the parking fee is $40. The breakfast is good and is honestly a really good value, for all the things you get, I’ll most likely be staying here every time I come to Chicago.

First off, the front desk staff were exceptional and kind and helpful. The reason for the low rating is because your pricing for the rooms on Friday and Saturday especially were outrageous. These rooms are not worth this much money. Plus I have to ask for room service?! Insane. At these prices I should be getting bed turned down and mints on the bed ! But I have to ask for new towels!?!? Outrageous! The room was small, dingy, and the toilet area smelled of septic. The view ( or lack of one) was nothing. Again if this room was $120 per night then I would not care if there was a view or not. But for $450 I want to see something nice to look at! We tried to see if there was a room for less money, but there was not! Then my friends came in the next day, and called for a room, and they got a room with two Queen beds for $550 for 3 nights, two of which were Friday and Saturday!!!! I paid $1410 for 4 nights!! How is that remotely fair.? I am not sure what the next step should be to stop me from feeling ripped off . But I will be posting this review on yelp, google and Facebook.
