Absolutely loved it ! The only hotel I will stay near the airport. Have amazing customer service and the front desk was so amazing to a friend from out of town. Giving him free water and advice. Super friendly..

Stayed here for a night back in August. Very nice room. Comfortable bed. Got a clean hot shower. Had to catch an early fight so I didn't get to try the hot buffet breakfast. Right next to the airport.

The thermostat was not connected to the heater... and when we figured that out with the maintenance professional the thing was so loud I could not sleep through it... other than that good stay and the shuttle was good as of Jan 19th 24!

Outdated, uncomfortable, and way too difficult to get to than it should be. I've stayed at airport hotels before, and I know they generally are not the best but this was bad. Room was too warm and never cooled down, pillows that are the size of throw pillows, and a bathtub that has rust at the bottom. Only redeeming quality was the front desk person was nice.

Honestly the stay there was not bad, breakfast was decent. However the same day i checked out of my room #332, i received a $250 charge with no explanation. Upon further inquiry, they charged me a smoking fee! Neither me or my wife smoke honest to god, and we were barely at the hotel unless it was to sleep for a few hours. Also reading the other reviews it appears the room smelling bad is quite the norm here. Disputing this charge as i write this review and will change my review if it is resolved as a mistake. But this is still a major inconvenience and is a red flag for shady business practice.
