We've stayed at all the Columbus airport hotels over the last few years, and the Hilton Inn is by far the best. Room was big, clean, and above all quiet. Restaurant is not extensive but what they serve is very good, and just what we wanted after a long flight. A particular callout to Sue on the front desk who was kind enough to get her own personal snow broom/scraper for me to use when I went to the blue lot to get my car.

Conveniently located near airport with free shuttle bus 24 hours a day on as needed basis. Very light lobby. Nice little restaurant in the hotel- limited staff to cook and serve so if you are in a hurry that won’t work out, but if you are in relax mode and no rush it’s good! Recommend the flat bread dishes, was very tasty! They cook to order so it’s fresh and hot. I overheard several saying they liked the burgers too. It snowed last night so it was nice to be here near the airport and not driving on the road in early morning hours and bad weather to assure getting to the plane on time. Recommend this as a comfortable place to stay to begin or end your airport travel.

If I could give this property a ZERO star I would. This property is NOT Hilton Standard. It is dirty, carpets throughout the property need to be replaced. This is a Hilton Garden Inn owned not by the Hilton Corporation. I stayed because of a funeral in Columbus. I checked in and came from Florida the room was dirty. The heat did not work and there was food IN the bed. Called to the front desk spoke with Ruthann who was nice. They sent maintenance. He turned on the heat it was 49 degrees at night. The maintenance man was fixing and cleaning parts in my room at 10.30pm at night. They said they would send housekeeping to clean the room. I went down to the restaurant to wait. I then saw the housekeeper who assured me the room would be cleaned. Waited until 11.30pm at night. Went back to the room and it was NOT cleaned. Wow The next morning I called the front desk and spoke with Harry the front desk manager who began to verbally abuse me when I told him of the issues. I never yelled nor used profane language. He is YELLING AT ME then lied and said I was a regular guest and he was tired of me doing this.....I explained I am from Florida and have NEVER stayed at this Hilton property before. He said he had proof. I told him to produce the proof. I have never been so disrespected at any hotel much less a HILTON. I am a Hilton Diamond member. DO NOT stay here. It is not a good Hilton property. Harry needs to be fired for treating a guest in this way. HORRIBLE service. You are warned. This is a not a good Hilton property and the manager Harry is very rude and disrespectful..

Arrived late digital key doesn’t open doors in the back where you have to park. Went to get an actual key, key didn’t open back door. Went back to front desk got two keys this time and finally was able to get in. Front door sliders didn’t wnt to open second time I tried to head back to car. Placed a note on reservation to remove feather pillows and they didn’t care to help me. I’m allergic to the feather pillows. Bed was too firm. Won’t be staying here again. Hotel hallways need renovation. Whole parking lot and design of building needs to be redone. Waste of potential.

Had to wake my wife up at 430 in the am to drive my son and i to the airport because the shuttle did not show up after waiting 35 to 40 min. If she had not been there we would of missed our flight. Pool was very cloudy. We have stayed here in the past without issue. without a doubt the shuttle driver was off doing something other than taking people to the airport.
