The front desk team was pleasant and friendly and got us checked in within 5 minutes of arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The front desks supplied me with shower caps. Breakfast was plentiful and tasteful with a lot of options. I would recommend the Hampton Inn. The rooms are a bit pricey, though. Last thing there were a lot of stores within walking distance and a First Watch right next door. Win win!

My new favorite hotel when visiting Orlando/Kissimmee. The hotel is new, location is great, tons of shops/restaurants near it, easy access to main road to take you to downtown/Disney/universal, yet it is quiet. I was there for a meeting and I didn't need to listen to family walking/running/yelling/kids screaming in the hallway at all. That was perfect! The breakfast area is just so wonderful! Comfortable seats, modern design and there are a lot of options for breakfast. Service was great too, check in and out was a breeze. Room was great, spacious, clean and modern. Love everything about it. Will stay there again next time visiting Orlando.

We came to Florida to visit a close friend who my family and I haven't seen in a couple years. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Rosa who was such a warm and hospitable person. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The rooms were very clean and just as pictured online. Anytime my children would ask for anything extra, the housekeeping staff took care of their every request with no hesitation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff was pleasant at front desk hotel is new and clean breakfast for this level of hotel was good. Only complaint was the room was noisy at times something kept going off and on and and the heat/cool unit kept cooling the room even though we kept having to get up and continue to turn the heat up …so kept us up all night. We did report at 1030 and tried again at 130 with no answer from front desk…spoke to nice lady twice at front desk asked to speak to manager(Rosa) with no Responses back to us. it is a shame because it’s a nice clean property , good location however manager does not seem to care as she never returned our call.

Awesome place and staff! Clean hotel, rooms and surrounding area. Breakfast was awesome! Especially getting served by Gloria, super sweet! And the GM went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed for my coffee (lactose free milk). All in all was probably one of the best stays at a Hampton (Hilton) or really any hotel that we’ve stayed at. Definitely worth staying at while in the Orlando area! 🙌🏻
