Got a room the week of Thanksgiving and it turned out to be a pretty good deal. The location is close to a lot of activities but you'll definitely have to drive or find a ride. If you do drive, pay attention to the fact that you need to pay for parking. It's not a deal killer and other hotels in the area charge more for parking. Space is limited so it's understandable. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and explains everything really well. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Pretty simple and good for the price.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and amenities are excellent! I was extremely pleased with the hotel gym, very nice equipment, including a tv with all the sports channels I was happy to enjoy while I worked out during NFL games, very nice, clean, refreshing pool and hot tub with jets, and an excellent continental hot breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and definitely one of the more important deciding factors for me when choosing a hotel. I would have given this experience 5 stars, however I was treated very rudely by a front desk employee named Yolanda. Upon my initial interaction with her, she acted agitated that I was requesting a call to housekeeping for pool towels. Granted, she was helping a guest at the same time I asked, so I understand and left the situation, still assuming when she was done she'd request towels. After 30 minutes in the pool, and no towels replenished, I decided to just go upstairs and grab a shower towel. No big deal. The problem I have was later that day when I went to check-out. There was a small issue with my check-out, and the new trainee helping me, asked her to help rectify an over charge, and she stated she could not help either of us because she needed to go on break. I completely understand taking breaks and all for making them a priority, I have been overworked, so I get it. My issue is the blatant disrespect felt as she proceeded to help 3 additional guests, after refusing to help me. I am a paying customer just like everyone else, and if she had a certain prejudice or issue, then maybe customer service is not the right field for her.

Me and my boyfriend drove from the bay area and got there around 10am. So I checked in (hoping to find a room after an 8-hr drive) but sadly, there was none and it was understandable because check in starts at 4pm. So, the front desk lady offered that she can hold our bags which was nice but I declined her offer because all we want to do is to lay down and sleep. Based on my observation and as a person who worked in a hotel before, if a guest wants to check in early, a front desk staff should ask the guest’s phone number to give them a call once the room gets ready OR offer them a different room for upsell but nothing was done. So, we waited for 30 mins then I chat the hotel (same lady was responding to my messages) and still, she did not offer me any available rooms. Then, after 2 hrs of waiting, I went to the desk and a guy name Oseas(?) checked us in and it was a smooth service. He put us in the 5th floor which has a nice view and gave us information about the hotel and area. So, when we finally we got to the room, both double beds smell really bad. We did not call or inform the front desk about it so we just asked for extra blankets and sheets. There was a breakfast from 6-10am, food that was offered are the ones offered to different hilton hotels. Parking is $24 there are plenty of parking and pool and jacuzzi are on the 1st floor. Three working elevators are excellent. In my experience of staying there for 3 nights, I think that the staff need to be more friendly and accommodating. No matter how mediocre the hotel is, if the service is excellent, guests will always come back and leave a 5 star review.
