We adore this hotel; its unbeatable location near restaurants and attractions makes it exceptional. The breakfast, though an extra cost, was truly worthwhile. As we traveled outside Paris for a few days and returned, the staff went above and beyond with our bags and special requests. They deserve 10 stars for their outstanding service and kindness. Without a doubt, we'll return!

The hotel has a great location and almost all of Paris is within walking distance. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes away from Les Halles (grand bazaar, metro, RER...). Friendly, polite staff with clean rooms.

Great room locations and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff was a major let down. The lady serving breakfast was incredibly rude (if not racist towards Asians). I may not have spoken French but her body language was enough to tell she didn't seem to want to be there working at all.

Lovely spot and nice decor. The location is fantastic to get to lots of great places in Paris even just by foot. The staff were friendly and hospitable Only removing one star as these were possibly the smallest rooms I have ever seen. Might be ok for one person but for a couple we were totally on top of each other and could hardly walk around the bed. Tiny elevator also only fits two people or one person and luggage.

If you are looking for that quintessential, quaint, boutique Parisian hotel experience, this is it! Great little hotel in a perfect location, within walking distance to the Louvre and other great spots. It's surrounded by tons of cafes, bars, and energy. Elevator is tiny, rooms are small, but very well appointed and the bathrooms are awesome. Plus, that AC worked like a charm! I'd definitely stay here again!
