The bed is comfortable, rooms are clean but the service is excellent! One of the best out of all the small hotels I’ve tried, and they recognise you. The service staff were all well trained, and extremely accommodating and quick on their feet. The receptionists were all proactive in communicating and resolving a slight misunderstanding over credit card charges, with a pleasant demeanour through out. Special mention to Lan, the little waitress at the breakfast buffet. She was a bright cheery girl, polite and attentive & a delight to the morning.

The VERY best and helpful hotel staff we've EVER MET, anywhere! Especially Miss Wendy (pictured) and Ms. Sam. They're knowledgeable on which restaurants to go and how to set up transportation for our 11-people party. They're also very patient, enthusiastic, and sincere people/workers. Rooms-wise, rooms are clean, new-ish and all functional. The free buffet and kitchen staff are great too. These workers deserve a big bonus!! They make such excellent impressions on this hotel Lastly, this hotel location is great, in the middle of alot restaurants, and next to the lake.

We truly enjoyed this place. Allure is The correct name for this hotel everything was warm and the ambience was very inviting . I think the best part was the accommodating, courteous , helpful staff male and female. The ones in particular Wendy, Jenny, Nancy, Sam were all great! They helped us find places to go, explained customs to us, even saved us some breakfast when we missed it (we were told wrong hours but it’s okay their kindness made it better) . The rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Gym is okay has everything you need. Love the office too. Location is perfect to walk around the shops. Oh also they will keep your luggage (for several hours ) if you do a tour on the day you check out. Even after checking out they were so kind to us.

Really enjoyed stay in this hotel, we spent a week there, whatever locations, services and staffs they don’t let you down. I booked to the hotel directly with packages, Miss Wendy contacted me from very beginning and keep updated the information about the tours and answer all my concerns. Once we arrived everything in ready only few minutes we got our rooms, thanks Mr.Justin and Miss Anna very warm welcome and answered all questions during we stayed. Every greeting from front desk make me feel warm. I really appreciate for your guys services and professional performance, I surly will come again. Thank you so much
