Beware: this hotel posts fraudulent reviews. They somehow posted a great review of themselves using my account. The rooms are also not as described in the listing. The apartment is very dated and in disrepair. It does not have a city view. The windows have a view of a wall on the side of another building. The keycard was disgusting and needs to be replaced. It was caked in dirt. The property is not handicap accessible. The entrance to the hotel has steep and slippery steps without a handrail. Our daughter is disabled, and this made our stay very challenging. There is mold in the reusable shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower. There are also holes in the wall of the shower. The towels had logos from another hotel on them and were badly stained. The breakfast is in another hotel down the road, and it was not edible for Westerners. The coffee tasted like plastic. The kitchen was practically unusable, with barely any utensils, watered down dish soap, and a disgusting sponge. Michael, the manager, tried selling us overpriced tours and was very cold towards us after we declined. The other staff, to their credit, were very polite. The most concerning aspects were the fraudulent reviews and inaccurate listing information. Beware. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing hotel-the staff, location and value for money truly made my stay in Hanoi perfect! This is the best hotel in the old quarter, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They make us a wonderful day and tell us a lot of things and information. We definitely will come back soon

Exceptional service from the entire staff, particularly Huy, who recommended the Ninh Binh day trip, organised the booking, and we had a fantastic time thanks to his recommendation. Hotel offers reasonably priced laundry services and they managed the collection and delivery on our behalf. The hotel's location is convenient, surrounded by shops, cafes, and dining spots. The room was clean and spacious, contributing to our enjoyable stay, which led us to extend for an additional night instead of moving to another hotel.
