Staffs are all accomodating and helpful. The lady welcomes and allows us to check in early at 12pm. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything! Will definitely comeback here next year! The only issue is , the window is on the hallway. Not sure if there are other rooms with real window facing the street. But this is understandable as the hotel facade is narrow, like any other establishments at Old Quarter. Heater and AC all working. Great value for money.

budget hotel. it is clean but the facilities are downgraded. slow Wifi, had to use data. soundproofing is bad. 2 good things are prime location and friendly staff.

We spent our first night in Vietnam here. The room was comfortable and clean (just with a little stains in the shower). Staff were nice and informative who gave good advice on where to eat and sightsee. The only downside was the aircon in room was not very strong. Although they provided a fans in the room, it’s not cool enough especially spending sometime in Hanoi’s humid weather. It’s however comfortable enough when we were asleep as my friend and I get cold easily when we are asleep. The hotel is close to shops. I would recommend Diamond King for people to stay in Hanoi old quarter.
