I had a decent stay at this hotel. My room was spacious and it was quiet since it was on the 7th floor. Cleanliness could be bit better but overall it was a pleasant experience. Jim from the reception was quite helpful with arranging a transport.

I had such a lovely stay at Endless Hanoi. I booked very very last minute and the manager was really accommodating. I stayed on the 7th floor which was nice and quiet and the room was cosy. Really comfy pillows and fluffy towels. The location is also fantastic- close to the action! I was sad to leave here

We told the hotel that we would arrive late in the evening (1-2am) because our flight was delayed by 6hours. When we arrived, the room was given to someone else. It could have been a mistake or could have been done on purpose. Im not sure... Anyways, we ended up staying at another hotel that was suggested by them, which had cockroaches and was the same price (quite expensive for what it offered).
