The hotel is in the heart of the old city, in the vicinity there is a large selection of places to eat delicious and cheap local food, in addition, not far from the hotel there are many bars that stay open until late. In the vicinity of the hotel there is a pharmacy and a small supermarket. Breakfast at the hotel is good with a large selection of options. The hotel has a spa, the hotel is not big and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are quite big and spacious, we had a problem with hot water and although the staff did everything they could to solve the problem they didn't really succeed. We left the hotel very early in the morning and the staff prepared breakfast for us on the way and it came from their initiative and that's all we have to thank them for, I don't remember another hotel that offered such a service.

This is a great hotel located in the heart of Hanoi with an amazing team, stylishly decorated rooms, rich breakfast and impeccable cleanliness. The lovely Chloe, the amazing hotel girls and boys and the most hospitable owner made our stay perfect! We feel at home all the time. Thank you all very much for the unforgettable experiences in Vietnam!

This place is simply amazing! Every single staff member, as well as the owner of the hotel, were very kind to us. They were very welcoming and accommodating. They made sure to meet our every need. The area is quiet, and there is even a quality spa on the main floor, which was great for relaxation. The staff that served us breakfast made sure that we were served more than enough food. Everything outside was a walkable distance for us. My friend and I would definitely stay there again!

My partner and I stayed here for her birthday and had the most amazing experience! Right from the moment I booked Chloe was communicative and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my extra requests to make our stay special. Breakfast every morning was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we found the hotel to be in a great location too, not to mention the birthday cake that Quang and Trà organised for my partner. We also enjoyed our spa treatment! Thanks to the hotel team for a memorable stay 🙏.
