The hotel is located at the city center which is very appropriate for tourist attractions nearby. The rooms are a little small but they are cosy and clean. The best part about this hotel is the people at the front desk. They are very very very helpful and that makes it so easy for the tourists. They arranged very good cars for airport pick up and drop off, suggested the best Halong Bay cruise (Venus Cruise) and helped us in any other way when we visited. I would highly recommend this Hotel to everyone

A gem of a hotel with an amazing front desk who is ever ready to help. The hotel owner runs a tour business with the hotel and offers great service with value for money prices & they’re always contactable by whatsapp. The hotel breakfast is good with a decent selection & the staff is the real gem of the hotel. Situated right in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter, the location is ideal for exploring the city. Splurge a little for the Honeymoon Suite for the balcony views of the Hanoi skyline, it’s worth it.

The hotel is located in a great location to explore the old quarter of Hanoi. Ha is the most friendliest and helpful host I ever had. She assisted me perfectly to plan tours and other things in Hanoi. The breakfast is tasteful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Overall, I can definitely recommend this hotel!

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon in January and stayed there for 4 nights. Not only the hotel has the perfect location (and still pretty quiet) from where you can walk everywhere, really good breakfast (best Phô soup so far) but also the rooms are really nice! They even made a surprise for our honeymoon and were really helpful with booking trips around Hanoi. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with the balcony (4th floor) and in the one with the city view (7th floor).
