Staff Lily was the best! She was very prompt in all support and suggestions. She managed our trips very efficiently together with the stay as well. The facilities for vehicle arrangements were of optimum quality. And last minute bookings were also very easily managed by Lily. The room was cozy, clean and compact, but wished there was a window in our room and a full length mirror. The restaurant was upstairs, there is elevator service. Breakfast was complimentary. More variety may be added in the food and more measures to keep the food warm. The location is absolutely fantastic since the shops and markets were all nearby. Some important sites are at a very close walking distance from the hotel. We will recommend to others as well.

Overall, excellent experience and I want to say thank you very much to the staff running the hotel when I was staying there. Very patient, polite, friendly, and hospitable. My parents had an issue where they thought they lost something and the staff were very patient and calm with assisting. Rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms had more updated glass screens and rainfall shower hoses -- bathrooms were also very clean. They offer a good breakfast 6:30-9 am, with a great view of the city. Incredibly convenient location for touring, the main park in Hanoi and the restaurants are right across the street. Just a few feets away.

A very comfortable friendly hotel situated in the old quarter of Hanoi. It is clean, good value and they go out of their way to help. Delicious Vietnamese breakfast is included. I would recommend it and stay there again. Ignore other reviews about noise complaints. It didn't worry us and besides - this is Hanoi!

On a scale of excellent, better and good, I as a vegetarian and who has been to numerous hotels in many locations would rate this as a good hotel. From veg delicacies, I would say the buffet breakfast was not up to the mark. I do understand the taste may not be like Indo-Chinese cuisine but outside of this hotel, everywhere the taste was better and the choices available were at par.

It is in the most central location of Hanoi, Vietnam, The lake and Pagoda area. We took a walking tour from the hotel to lake and pagoda. Then we took a rickshaw to Notredame Church We saw water pupet theatre which is very famous and saw the Hanoi Opera House. This hotel is very close to all these places . The hotel is neat and clean with all facilities like hot water tub, electric kettle with tea/coffee, elegant furniture and all other facilities. Complementary breakfast is given in the rooftop dining area where one can get a glimpse of the lakes. Beautiful view of Hanoi street is available from here. We enjoyed buffet breakfast which is tasty. We enjoyed our stay here which was very refreshing.
