Wish we could’ve stayed longer here!! The staff were SO friendly, and the location is just perfect for exploring the city and the night markets. The terrace view of the train tracks is so cute. Despite the closeness of the tracks, we couldn’t hear the train while sleeping at night. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Really nice hotel! It looks exactly like in the photos and is super clean and well maintained. It is quiet at night to sleep. The receptionists are excellent. They info works very well and room is perfectly equipped. We liked everything about our stay.

What a fantastic hotel! The rooms were perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they booked our trip to halong bay and Ninh Binh (they're also a travel agency). They also booked our taxi back and forth from the airport witch is very convenient. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I go back to Hanoi :)

Our room was so clean it was delightful to spend time in it. It was quiet at night and we had the option to watch Netflix at night (v. appreciated in our case) The staff was charming, and provided some good tips for our stay, also arranged our transfer to the airport which was convenient and on time. IMO the pay attention to details and I would have loved to try their breakfast! (It wasn’t available at this time) The AC worked perfectly, I’m allergic to pollen and dust and this is the only hotel I didn’t get any sort of allergy in Vietnam, thank you La Cascada oteam!
