The only reason we selected this hotel was the location which is near to the centre of the old quarters. It was Christmas Eve when we checked into the hotel and enjoyed walking around the area where many streets were closed to traffic. Beside the location, it’s actually a small boutique hotel that’s relatively clean and nicely decor in green. Rooms unfortunately are very small and so is the bathroom. The staff though was most helpful and deserved a five star rating 👍🏻. Breakfast was at the roof top floor but not much of a view except over other buildings roof tops. Breakfast was ordered from a menu which was limited but sufficient. Usually such accommodation would be less than Rm200 per night but due to the festive season we paid a lot more but is ok.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Would 1000% recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi, if you like to party (location is very very good and walking distance to most drinking spots) or if your with a family (very quiet and kid friendly) this place is perfect and we had the best time here. Great breakfast menu, clean rooms and the friendliest staff who always check in with you and the manager Jackie was so helpful with planning are next part of the trip. Overall no down sides at all.

Great rooms, free breakfast, amazing staff. Highly recommend this place to stay. Everyone speaks English as well, makes it much easier to find things. Ask at the front for anything and they even have maps.

Absolutely lovely hotel right in the middle of the old town in Hanoi, so it is fantastic in terms of location as well. The rooms are clean and well equipped, so it didn't matter to me that they were a little small. The location and the brilliantly friendly staff more than made up for it. There's also a lovely supermarket right opposite the hotel which made shopping a lot easier for me. Highly recommend this hotel for young travelers!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights during our stay in Hanoi. The location was perfect for being close to the best food and sights in Hanoi. The service from the staff was excellent. The hotel managerJackie took on booking any trips and transfers we wanted to do, was a big help, thank you Jackie! The only thing that was a bit tough was the size of the rooms and elevator, but can't complain given our stay was short, we made it work. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi!
