Rooms were a bit tight but beds comfy. Shower didn't drain very well but other than that, was good for a night stay. Central location

Lovely little hotel, conveniently located near lots of restaurants and nightlife. Staff were friendly. Not too noisy during the night. I would definately stay here again.

Staff and location is good. Then nothing more. The description says my room is with lakeview. However, there is no window at all in my room ! The small window is with the view of the staff room ... The room is dilapidated. The air cons controller not work. Nkt every room has wifi. I need to connect to other rooms wifi so the speed is slow. The vanaphone network here is not good. It is not easy to find this hotel in the fist instance as the front side is a jewelry shop. I wonder if i went to a wrong place! My local tour guide shocked why i book this type of place.... I then search on Google map and find that actually there are quite a lot of better hotels in similar price nearby... So i wont suggest this hotel to you .. it should be a 1 star hotel instead of 3 ...

Hotel scam ( booked with Agoda which provided disappointing follow up) I booked 2 rooms at Hanoi Lakeside Premium Hotel on Agoda, both required full upfront payment. The bookings were confirmed Agoda. However when we arrived, we found Hanoi Lakeside Premium Hotel looked noticably different from the pictures shown on Agoda and the name of the hotel was not the exact one shown on Agoda. Even my local driver had a hard time finding the place. The lady at the reception said they received 1 booking (family room) from Agoda only and claimed Hanoi Lakeside Premium Hotel did not have room for us. We were stuck at the hotel lobby and they sent us to 2 "sister hotels" that obviously were not worth the price I paid Agoda. We were kept waiting and were moved from place to place from 3pm to 7 pm. I was in a helpless state because I traveled with old parents and was carrying luggages. I paid the price for 2 rooms at a premium hotel to Agoda. Agoda received the money but the hotel said I only got 1 booking. I absolutely would have cancelled the reservation and booked another hotel but I paid upfront and Hanoi Lakeside Premium Hotel refused to refund so I was at their mercy and had no choice. I planned to book this hotel with lake view for the last night in Hanoi for my parents. Turned out it wasted us a whole afternoon.
