Its alright, but not top. Breakfast is in another hotel, it is a bit funny and that itself has its charm though not many people might appreciate that. Breakfast was good though. Location good and staff friendly and professional!!

Beware - pics don't match reality. Agoda images weren't even close. Check-in lady blamed Agoda, claimed they did it all with their knowledge. Yeah, right. They eventually upgraded us to the room we booked but not without a big hassle. The room was funky, too small, internet slow, shower intermittent, breakfast was a walk around the block but decent. At least room was quiet. You can probably do better for the price and value.

Wonderful service from the staff. I’m sure as a tourist we were overcharged, but it was the only hotel that accepted us without reservation at midnight. Despite not speaking English, the night shift staff was extremely nice.

I've had a wonderful stay here, from the moment I arrived I was greeted and shown a map of Hanoi and told about the different activities and trips I could do. I've forgotten her name but the kind lady at the front desk every afternoon was so friendly and kind. My room was cleaned each day and was clean. Hot shower, great breakfast with omelette made to order. Hotel is located within the pick up zone for many trips. Walkable to all the main Hanoi attractions. Supermarket also nearby. They also arranged airport transfer for me and kept my stuff on check out. Many thanks for the wonderful stay.

This is a charming hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old town. It is located in a quiet street and within easy walking distance of many of Hanoi's major sightseeing attractions. The hotel rooms are large and well kept. The shower and bathroom facilities are excellent. However the hotel's greatest asset is its Staff who are unbelievably helpful and supportive. They speak good English and provide excellent advice about where to go and how to get there. I cannot give them enough praise or thanks for making our stay so enjoyable
