Stayed for 4 nights, and ended up extending another night. Will be returning. Locations is prefect with lots of food establishments on your door step, both cheap and more up market. Staff are lovely and helpful. Best part for us was the charming cafe down stairs, which serves great coffee and the best cinnamon bun I’ve ever had. Rooms had everything you need.

All the basics were good (nothing fancy, but I wasn't expecting fancy for $20/night). I had excellent wifi in the room, delicious Pho Ga (soup) for breakfast, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a touristy area and it's sometimes noisy outside. But my room was quiet.

Wonderful friendly, helpful staff, can't do enough to help. Busy street but low noise in room, good a/c very clean, great value. Breakfast was great and the coffee and cake in the cafe in the lobby was best I have had anywhere. Egg coffee must try.

Even though the hotel advertises breakfast included, that's not actually all rooms. Apparently I booked the one room they don't offer for booking with breakfast. They told me to call Expedia and even Expedia said they have the listing wrong and need to fix it. But for the life of them, multiple staff at the hotel could not comprehend why it was their problem and not Expedia's problem. So basically, it's not actually "breakfast included" unless you 1) Book the right room and 2) Pay more for that room. Also the 8th floor is where the staff also works out of and is extremely loud in the mornings. So do not expect to be able to sleep in because they will stand in the halls on their phones loud enough to wake you through the gaps in the door. Not to mention the walls and windows are so thin you can hear everything outside like honking and roosters. Lastly, apparently the items in the mini fridge are not complimentary. This is also something they do not tell you until after the fact. Not a fan of that, it feels very scammy.

We've been in Street Hotel a couple of times during our stay in Vietnam. The rooms are great, spacious, have good water pressure, clean with everyday room service, big windows. Everything you need out of the room... But the staff is just fabulous. They are willing to help you with directions, transfers or trips and attractions. A big plus is also a cafe bar on the ground floor that serves great coffee with loads of varieties. About the location, you can't get a better as well as you get 20+ food stalls around a 2 min walk + a 24/7h sports bar serving food and drinks. Just love it! Keep it real guys, you are awesome! Definitely recommended!
