Was 1st time staying in this hotel with tour mate (15/1 &17/1/24), a bit disappointed with the size of room esp 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟grade. However, i was completely impressed with their front desk staff, Andrew's professionalism and customer service skill. He seeks our feedback and attentive to your need. Will stay in this hotel if I happen to be Hanoi again. 😊

A good hotel at the heart of old quarter and managed by very nice people. Everyone there was up to their feet to help out. We stayed our whole 3 nights with this hotel and it was a memorable stay. Thanks to each one of them. Thanks to Elsa for her support every time I had doubt or request. Molly, Andrew and team took care of us during the stay. I will always recommend this hotel for people looking to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Best hotel to recommend for everything be it location, staff and service. Everything was just excellent. Tiffany took very good care to explain evreything and her personal suggestions were awesome to try vietnamese cuisine. Loved the experience for our 3 night stay.
