        Coming as a family with 18 months old baby, and we enjoyed this 10-day experience here. ☆ the staffs here are very friendly and helpful ☆ they provide all the things we need for baby (high chair, shower bath) ☆ there is sauna in the basement ☆ room is big and clean It's on the Buda side, it's quiet during the night. The location is easy to get there by bus 16(mostly in front of the hotel). ☆ very close to the Fisherman's Bastion (for the night view) ☆close to Hilton (for wine lovers, there is a very professional Hungarian wine tasting down in the cave- Faust Wine Cellar) The only thing for improvement is the shower place, it seems the some part is old and the drain is a bit smelly. But overall is a very relax place to stay.

        Had a fantastic stay with them! The receptionist was super friendly and helpful — we checked in late at night and he went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and had what we needed. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The location is also pretty convenient to visit the fisherman’s bastion affording good views of the city!

        I ususally dont write any bad reviews, because anyone can make a misstake, but we we our stay for New Year trip in their hotel and after a while we got a call and message that they can no longer accommodate us without any valid reason, and that’s ok (it’s not but it happens). I wrote them and theu didn’t even wanna bother to respond to the message. Probably the rented it to someone for higher price. That’s all i can come up with without their response. Be carefull with them. Poor customer service. Don’t recommend them at all.

        Really bad expiriance with them. We booked our apartment for new year eve in octobar on booking. Few days ago, booking (not them) sent us an email where they tell us they are sorry but they cancelled our reservation. We didnt get any explenation why. Olso, we didnt get any answer on email that we sent. Big NO from me for this accomadation!!!
